Key Responsibilities- Design and update job descriptions aligned with hiring needs.
- Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Utilize ATS to manage applications and ensure smooth hiring workflows.
- Craft effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
- Advertise job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent.
- Support HR Operations:
- Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Prepare and update HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools.
- Familiarity with Performance Management Systems and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Immediate availability preferred.
