Your focus will be identifying, attracting, recruiting and hiring talented individuals into various Verticals within the firm at the entry and experienced levels. By understanding your clients’ business and their needs, you will partner with them on developing recruiting strategies that align with their goals. This role reports into Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Leader. You will be responsible for: Full life cycle recruiting for campus and experienced hires, including the development, tailoring and implementation of a proactive recruitment strategy based on the concept of pipelining and nurturing relationships with qualified candidates for current and future opportunities; Promoting employee referral programs, internal opportunities for current team members and developing relationships with core target schools as identified by firm leadership. Identifying and/or attending local and national recruiting and professional networking conferences and career fairs; As a brand ambassador, you will promote career opportunities with a leading professional services firm; Assisting with the execution of global Recruiting initiatives. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or commensurate work experience. 2+ years of recruiting experience; professional services or consulting industry preferred. Adept user of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to think critically, creatively and strategically Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Flexibility, high energy, and a positive attitude After reviewing this job posting, are you hesitating to apply because you don’t meet every single requirement?
