What the role will entail Drive business generation and maintain client portfolios to meet sales targets through proactive sourcing, product presentations, and promotional activities. Build and manage a database of high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building, cross-selling, and personalized financial solutions. Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions to recommend suitable investment products aligned with clients’ goals. Implement targeted cross-selling strategies and prioritize client engagement based on business potential and revenue contribution. Strengthen client relationships by providing timely market updates, investment insights, and follow-up support to guide decision-making. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation and improve program attractiveness. Deliver service excellence by resolving client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and recommending process improvements based on feedback.
