Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients when required. Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet these requirements. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty maintenance. Gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to the support team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support. Aim to increase customer retention and expand the client base effectively. Track and report on client interactions and provide regular updates to management. Attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities as needed. Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legal regulations. Contribute to the development of marketing and relationship‑building strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in relationship management or a customer service role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first approach. Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with efficiency. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to address client needs decisively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software platforms. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic, fast‑paced work setting.
