Service Delivery Lead

Overview

The Service Delivery Lead (Finance and Compliance, Audit & Risk) is accountable for technology delivery for her/his dedicated business segment and works as the strategic interface between ITG and internal stakeholders, for the purpose of business/IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, financial management, and relationship management.

This leader will lead the demand management and execution of a portfolio of projects within either of the following domain and hence relevant working experience in these domains is a must:

• Finance technology
• Compliance & Audit technology

• Accountable for the delivery of technology change and supports the Service Delivery Head in shaping the business and IT strategy with technology expertise, knowledge of the latest technology approaches/developments and market trends; Coordinates the efforts of software development engineers, provides reports on project status, process control, and software development schedules from initiation to implementation.
• Conducts and coordinates work among system analysts, engineering teams, solution architects, testers, 3rd party vendors, etc. to plan, design, build, test and implement IT solutions into that meet specified business demands and objectives.
• Partners with the Service Delivery Head and other IT functions to define specific IT initiatives and solutions, detail project scope, introduce project delivery method and release plans, incorporating traditional or modern software development lifecycle e.g., Waterfall, Agile.
• Supports a positive and collaborative digital delivery culture with a philosophy of continuous improvement, development, innovation and excellence while remaining in compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.

• With at least 15 years and above experience in technology delivery management. Preferably in either a) Finance Technology or b) Risk, Compliance and Audit Technology
• With relevant experience in banking. Experience in implementing end-to-end large complex projects in banking
• Strong end to end implementation experience of at least one system for either of Finance, Risk or compliance areas of the Bank.
• Experience implementing either one of Finance, Risk and Compliance applications/systems in Banking. Eg. Oracle Financial(General Ledger/ERP), AHCS, Sub-ledger, OFSAA, BSP Finance Regulatory reporting systems (any one of Softapp, AXIOM, Wolters Kluwer, etc), AMLA Base60, Teammate, Cloud data platform.
• Hands-on delivery of tech projects
• Proven track record in vendor management and RFP processes
• Excellent project management and budget tracking skills
