Manager, Accounts Payable Service Delivery (Apac)

The APAC Finance Business Services Team seeks a highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to lead and shape AP processes for the region.

Key Objectives:
- Build and lead a new service delivery team
- Drive operational excellence and customer service
- Support rollout of new initiatives (e.g., invoice automation)
- Launch Business Reviews for new markets

Responsibilities:
- Lead AP service delivery for New Verticals (captured and outsourced)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, manage SLA/KPIs, present performance in governance forums
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Maintain process documentation; standardize processes across the region
- Liaise with Delivery Hero/regional teams on policies and procedures
- Support audits and continuous improvement with IT enablers

Requirements:
Basic: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent; 5+ years in accounting/AP; experience with SLA/KPIs; managing captive/outsource teams (10 FTEs); second Asian language preferred (Thai, Burmese, Lao, etc.)

Preferred: Experience in multi-national environment; strong communication and influencing skills; proficient with CRM/ERP (SAP preferred), inventory management systems; familiarity with SQL/Tableau; experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems; ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
