Monitoring Specialist Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines The position is primarily responsible for providing support in managing bank systems, services, and applications to ensure their availability and efficiency. It also handles maintenance of these systems and applications. Duties and Responsibilities Provides support in managing all bank's systems, services, and applications to ensure availability and efficient operation Performs regular production activity and maintenance of bank systems and applications Reports any erroneous incidents and provides system availability and uptime reports Analyzes system performance to detect issues Recommends workarounds and immediate fixes to any incident detected to minimize downtime and business disruptions Coordinates detected issues with relevant units, third‑party providers, and escalates unresolved issues Minimum Qualifications Graduate of Computer-related, Engineering or Math-related courses (preferably with ITILv4 training and/or certification) At least two (2) years of experience in Incident and Problem Management, and Data Center Operations Able to work in Makati City We proudly celebrate diversity.
