Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as Technical Solutions Manager for Central Luzon. His role will drive sales and provide expert solutions for energy-saving equipment used in industrial facilities. The successful candidate will contribute to our advocacy of reducing energy waste, saving water, controlling pollution and promoting sustainability in Philippine industries. He/she can benchmark how SAE is continuing its huge success in GMA, PEZA & Southern Luzon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Ingersoll Rand Centrifugal compressors, EBMPapst Multiple EC fans, Thermax Green Products (Absorption Chillers, Heat Pumps, Closed Loop Cooling Towers, Reverse Osmosis, Pollution Control) and Refrigeration.
  • Conduct technical site surveys, presentations, and solution proposals to clients
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top executives, energy & project managers, facility engineers, and consultants
  • Liaise with principal manufacturers for technical support and training
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical field)
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales (preferably in industrial equipment or energy systems)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to travel extensively across Central and Northern Luzon
  • Established network in industrial sectors is an advantage
  • Must be a resident of Pampanga or Tarlac
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for frequent client visits
