Our business requires an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team for an immediate start.
Job Description
- Solicits new system prospects through Project Information, existing customer's recommendation, and other reliable sources which can provide timely and accurate updates on construction projects.
- Visits Pre-Tendering and Post-Tendering Departments of the prospective clients, builds a strong rapport and continuously finds out new opportunities.
- Preserves the affiliation with the professional entities to the industry, acquires updates to adapt the latest trends and identifies potential marketing opportunities for prospective Clients.
- Assesses customer's construction practices to draft a commercially and technically viable proposal, thus, expanding the possibility of securing the deal.
- Achieves project target by vending systems, offering rental of systems, and erecting of formwork and scaffoldings.
- Optimizes rentals, modifications, and erection of amenities to augment the project sales and to achieve the routine targets in rentals, modifications, and erections.
- Manages, makes follow ups, and settles all the commercial requirements of the customers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties by Technical Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification/ level: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Minimum years of related working experience: 1 year in Sales; 1 year in construction as Project Engineer or Quantity Surveyor
- Software skills: AutoCAD, MS Office
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
