Job Duties & Performance Expectations Demand Planning Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs. Review and adjust forecasts periodically to reflect changes in market dynamics or customer behavior. Support the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process by providing insights and data analysis. Track and report forecast accuracy and implement improvement initiatives. Inventory & Supply Coordination Ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet service level targets while minimizing excess stock. Work closely with procurement and production teams to align supply plans with forecasted demand. Monitor supplier lead times and ensure timely replenishment. Identify potential supply constraints and propose mitigation actions. Order Fulfilment Oversee the order-to-delivery process to ensure timely and accurate order execution. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues. Monitor and improve OTIF (On Time In Full) performance. Support continuous improvement in fulfilment efficiency and customer satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and fulfilment KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis for forecast variances and fulfilment delays. Provide insights and recommendations to management for better planning and performance. Qualification: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales (preferred). Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and distribution networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
