Role Description As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll combine your technical know-how with a customer-first approach to design and deliver IoT solutions that solve real business challenges. You’ll work closely with vendor partners, track emerging technologies, and support the sales cycle from concept to client presentation. Key Responsibilities Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with precise, tailored proposals Stay ahead of technology trends and bring in innovative products and solutions Conduct market research, technology assessments, and competitive analysis Build strong relationships with vendor partners to drive business growth Represent Packetworx at exhibitions, conferences, and webinars Prepare technical sales materials and engaging marketing collateral Design custom IoT solutions combining hardware, software, and services Conduct presentations and product demos for prospective clients Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales engagements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field Strong knowledge of IoT solutions, technology stacks, and industry trends Experience in pre-sales or technical sales Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills Analytical thinker, proactive, organized, and a strong team player Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
