In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting Xtreme Works' innovative solutions to potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to the company's overall success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges
  2. Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Xtreme Works' cutting-edge mechanical engineering solutions
  3. Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored recommendations and solutions that address clients' requirements
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  6. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities
  4. Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering principles and applications
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills to identify innovative solutions for clients
  7. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
