You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our partner network, creating win-win collaborations, and turning strategic ideas into measurable results. What You’ll Do Grow the network: Identify, reach out to, and onboard potential partners such as influencers, remittance companies, financial advisors, and OFW organizations. Develop win-win programs: Design commission schemes, promotional offers, and partner incentives to increase engagement and performance. Lead partnership campaigns: Plan and execute targeted B2B and affiliate marketing initiatives to boost leads and conversions. Collaborate for impact: Work closely with the marketing team to create campaign materials like social posts, emails, and digital ads. Nurture relationships: Maintain regular communication with partners, track performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Track success: Analyze campaign data using affiliate platforms and present monthly reports highlighting growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, partnership marketing, or client account management (experience in fintech or financial services is a plus). Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic thinker who can turn insights into actionable marketing programs. Digital-savvy and familiar with social media platforms and analytics tools. Comfortable doing fieldwork and meeting clients or partners face-to-face. Why Join Us?
