Job Description As a B2B Renewal Specialist, you'll manage the entire renewal lifecycle for small to mid-sized B2B SaaS accounts. You'll ensure accuracy, client satisfaction, and contract retention by maintaining renewal pipelines, minimizing churn, and optimizing the customer journey. Collaborating closely with global teams, you'll help implement strategies that strengthen relationships, drive predictable renewals, and contribute to scalable customer success operations. Proven record of achieving predictable renewals and exceeding retention targets. Strong Salesforce.com expertise in managing client accounts and renewals. Excellent organization, time management, and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Proactive problem-solver skilled in handling client inquiries and approval frameworks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to process optimization.
