We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WordPress Web Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management and long-term maintenance of our company website. The ideal candidate will ensure the site remains functional, secure, optimized, and up to date, while also supporting new development needs as the company grows.

Responsibilities
  1. Website Maintenance & Updates
    • Perform regular updates to WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
    • Monitor website performance, security, and uptime.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  2. Content & Page Management
    • Update and maintain existing web pages.
    • Create new pages as needed, ensuring consistent branding and user experience.
    • Upload and optimize images, graphics, and other media assets.
  3. Integrations & Enhancements
    • Set up and manage payment gateways.
    • Collect and organize website data, including analytics and form submissions.
    • Implement SEO best practices to optimize page performance and visibility.
    • Plan and execute major website updates or redesigns every six (6) months.
    • Recommend and implement new features, tools, or design improvements to keep the site modern and efficient.
  4. Optimization & Security
    • Conduct speed and performance optimization.
    • Ensure security protocols, backups, and updates are regularly implemented.
Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP is a plus.
  • Experience with payment gateway integrations.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques.
  • Skills in basic image editing for the web (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Canva).
