Role Overview:

Our boutique marketing agency is looking for a WordPress Developer & Site Designer who's skilled in creating modern, visually appealing websites using Elementor. You'll work on a range of exciting projects, from building new client websites to improving existing ones. This role offers ongoing, consistent work and the opportunity to collaborate directly with our experienced founder who values creativity, initiative, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop WordPress websites from start to finish using Elementor
  • Customize plugins, themes, and layouts to match project needs
  • Implement integrations with HubSpot CRM and marketing systems
  • Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates
  • Ensure all sites follow design standards and perform optimally
  • Manage multiple site builds and updates simultaneously
  • Launch and monitor websites, ensuring smooth post-launch performance
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client results

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
  • Proficiency with Elementor and WordPress theme customization (Required)
  • Strong eye for design and responsive web layout principles
  • Experience with CRM integration (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent English communication and time management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing several projects at once

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Beaver Builder or similar page builders
  • Basic HTML/CSS editing for layout and styling
  • Familiarity with SEO optimization and web performance improvement
  • Understanding of security, backup, and site speed best practices
