We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Event Sales Executive to lead our event sales efforts. You’ll manage high-profile events, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that turn visions into reality. Your Role: Take Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process for corporate events, weddings, and social functions with precision and accountability. Lead with Heart: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring seamless planning and execution. Ignite Innovation: Craft creative proposals and customized event packages to exceed client expectations. Value Integrity: Ensure transparent communication, fair negotiations, and compliance with hotel policies. Endeavor Excellence: Achieve sales targets while delivering flawless, memorable events that reflect the Vivere brand. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field. At least 3–5 years of proven sales experience in events, hospitality, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions). Strong network and knowledge of event sales, catering, and banquet operations. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
