JOB PROFILE Development DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Fixed Term Contract JOB GRADE: C5 Minimum Midpoint SALARY: NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1 LOCATION: National Office Main Purpose of the Job To coordinate and monitor the implementation of Seda Supply Development Programmes and ensure participation of all stakeholders involved in the value chain. Key Performance Areas Coordinate the implementation of Supply Development Programme Delivery Management work plan. Monitor performance against targets for the impact of the Supply Development Programme by province, sector, and Small Enterprise. Implement and maintain stakeholder partnership agreements at an operational level for the development, implementation, and delivery of the Supply Development Programme. Compile implementation reports related to operational activities. Required Minimum Qualification Matric (NQF Level 4) and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management/Economics/Programme Management. Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business. Inherent Job Requirements Work Experience 4 - 6 years practical experience in Programme/Project/Operations Management. Business analysis and/or project management experience. Experience in managing export development interventions. Experience in implementing interventions across geographical locations is an advantage. Knowledge of legislation impacting the SMME sector. Business case development skills.
