Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team. This role provides essential support to the commercial and finance functions, focusing on accounts payable, supplier onboarding and management, and general financial administration. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and on time.

  • Manage payment runs and ensure compliance with payment terms.

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and support month-end and year-end closing.

  • Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and ensure compliance documentation is complete.

  • Maintain and update supplier records in financial systems.

  • Monitor supplier insurance and compliance certificates.

  • Assist with employee expense claims and reimbursements.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

  • Provide administrative support to finance and commercial teams.

  • Contribute to process improvements and financial system enhancements.

  • Perform ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance roles.

  • Strong background in accounts payable processes, supplier management, and financial administration.

  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Strong English communication skills for handling both internal and external queries.

  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM)
