Position: Travel Manager
Company Industry: Travel Agency
Work Location: Parañaque City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Work On Site) & Saturday (Work from Home)
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 75,000 (Still negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work On Site and Work From Home
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree holder
*At least 3-5 years of working experience as Travel Supervisor or Travel Managaer
*Amenable to work on site
*Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
*Experience working on the same industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and execute an agency-wide business plan and strategy based on previously mentioned KPIs.
*Establish goals and objectives for each team member as well as the agency overall.
*Continually look for methods to improve the agency's marketing.
*Look for methods to track and raise client satisfaction levels.
*Discuss commission structures and pricing with outside parties and affiliated travel agencies.
*Regularly update the board of directors on store statistics and development.
*Lead the team and provide direction, help, and support as needed.
