Your one-stop travel service center, with passionate, committed, and knowledgeable Travel Buddies who ultimately inspire everyone to live a fuller and more inspired life.Position Ticketing OfficerIndustry: Travel AgencyLocation: Paranaque CitySalary: Php 20,000 - Php 30,000Schedule: (Monday to Friday) 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Saturday) 9:00AM to 3:00PM (once a month work on-site or when required.)Work Set up: On siteRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fieldWith at least 1-2 years of experience in a travel-related role, such as a travel agentKnowledgeable in airline reservation systemsKnowledgeable in airline policies, fare structures, international travel regulationsCan attend face to face interview in Parañaque.Responsibilities:Keep accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interaction.Handles flight reservations and bookings.Answers inquiries and concerns related to reservations and ticketing.Assist in creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertisingAssist in developing and maintaining a content marketing plan, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studiesRecruitment process: (face-to-face)Initial InterviewFinal InterviewJOB OFFER
