This role will be remote (you can work from home) but you must be able to work a regular shift during US hours. Here are some more specific requirements. Day in the Life Scheduling meetings for the Account Management team Maintain and manage activity in our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring all prospecting notes and interactions are accurately captured and organized. Completing email and calling tasks using our sales engagement platform (Outreach) Tailor communication to align with customer needs by gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences. Stay up-to-date with Workstream’s latest products and effectively communicate their value to our customers. Engage with current customers and prospects through proactive calls and emails. Work closely with the Sales team to enhance the effectiveness and quality of outreach and customer communications. Who You Are Self-motivated and accountable, eager to take ownership, learn from others, and find innovative ways to achieve success without requiring close supervision. Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional results. Embrace a team-first mindset, joining a humble yet driven group united by a shared mission. Prior sales experience preferred, ideally in tech sales development. Exceptional conversational skills with the ability to engage and connect effectively. Demonstrates a strong drive, dedication, and an unwavering work ethic. Ability to use software to do research. Proficient in Salesforce with a strong understanding of CRM systems. Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection at least 50 Mbps . Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results. Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
