Work Location: Clark, Pampanga (Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Setup - 2x/week onsite in Clark, 11AM - 8PM shift) As part of the People Strategy team , you will lead workforce planning, transformation, and resource allocation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness across the organization. In this role, you’ll manage teams, mentor staff, and ensure the successful execution of key workforce transformation projects while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency Supervise teams and drive the successful execution of transformation projects Mentor and develop team members to strengthen skills and performance Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives Analyze operational processes to identify and implement improvements Lead initiatives focused on workforce optimization and process excellence Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related discipline At least 9 years of experience in workforce transformation management or business process outsourcing (ITES) Proven experience managing technical resources and transformation projects Excellent communication skills (oral and written English proficiency required) Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities Preferred Qualifications Background in Big 4 Consulting or Advisory (preferred from Workforce/Advisory, not Tax or Assurance) Experience in MIS, PMO, or Reporting , with exposure to deployment management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with digital tools such as Alteryx , Power BI , and Tableau Experience in audit-related processes and data analysis Solid understanding of accounting and business concepts Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Why Join Us ✨ Be part of a forward-thinking team that shapes the organization’s people strategy through data-driven workforce transformation.
