Reporting Analyst (Workforce Management) The Workforce Specialist in Reporting is responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing workforce management reports and analytics. This role focuses on data analysis, report automation, and providing insights to support decision‑making across the organization. Key Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop workforce management reports and dashboards Extract, analyze, and present workforce data and metrics Automate routine reporting processes and data updates Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports Create ad‑hoc analyses and special project reports Maintain report documentation and user guides Train end users on report interpretation and usage Required Knowledge and Skills 2+ years experience in reporting and data analysis Strong analytical and data visualization skills Knowledge of workforce management metrics and KPIs Experience with business intelligence tools Understanding of database structures and data relationships Report automation and scheduling capabilitiesStrong attention to detail and data quality Technical Expertise and Tools Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) Advanced Excel with pivot tables, formulas, and macros SQL for database querying and data extraction Data visualization and charting tools Report automation tools and schedulers Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBA) Personal Characteristics and Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Creative approach to data visualization Customer service orientation for report users Ability to translate business requirements into reports Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Customer Service Business Consulting and Services Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
