- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and user manuals.
- Assist in network and system maintenance, including installation and upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment and service procurement.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in system administration, IT infrastructure management, IT asset management, system monitoring, and system analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage IT assets, and monitor system performance.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional remote support; may require flexible hours.
