Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the launch of real estate agent websites, DNS records, and IDX feeds. This is primarily a task-based role, with intermittent client interaction via calls and email. The position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a technical mindset who want to grow into a Client Success Manager (CSM) path over time.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and complete implementation tasks, including:
  • Launching real estate agent websites.
  • Setting up and verifying DNS records.
  • Confirming IDX feed integrations are live.
  • Communicate with clients occasionally through calls and email to confirm requirements or updates.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and peers during the training and shadowing period.
  • Follow structured SOPs and documentation in Confluence to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Escalate unique or complex cases when needed, while aiming for independent resolution over time.
Training Path
  • Week 1: Product-focused training.
  • Weeks 2–4: Shadow peers and leadership while progressively handling tasks with feedback and review.
  • Post-Training: Expected to work independently on tasks, escalating unique or complex cases.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage task-based workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills (for occasional client interaction).
  • Experience with website setup, DNS configuration, or similar technical workflows is a plus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a structured environment with documented processes.
  • Interest in client-facing growth opportunities (potential to transition into a CSM role).
