About the Role The client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical eCommerce Sales Manager to take ownership of product category performance across key online marketplaces. This role is an individual contributor position designed to support growth initiatives in promotions, category management, advertising, and overall sales performance. The successful candidate will bring strong marketplace knowledge, an eye for detail, and the ability to self-diagnose performance issues while effectively communicating insights and recommendations to leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned 2–3 product categories across major online marketplaces, starting with Amazon and expanding to platforms such as The Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowe’s, and others. Oversee all product listings within assigned categories, ensuring compliance, optimization, and strong visibility. Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive category growth. Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns with a focus on Total Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) , sell-through rate, and profit margins. Implement SEO best practices on product listings to maximize discoverability and sales. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing weekly updates and actionable insights to the Director. Maintain accountability for profit and loss within assigned categories. Streamline processes to improve efficiency and attention to category-level detail. Provide direction to Marketplace Listings Associate supporting listing operations and compliance. 3+ years of proven experience managing sales and performance on online marketplaces Amazon listing experience is required; additional marketplaces a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance issues and propose actionable solutions. Hands-on experience with advertising, SEO, and promotional planning in an eCommerce environment. Solid understanding of category management, sales strategy, and digital merchandising. Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear performance insights to management. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
