On-site - Bulacan 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing e-commerce operations, building and optimizing sales funnels, and creating compelling visual content for digital marketing. You will play a key role in driving online sales, improving user experience, and boosting overall brand visibility. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce websites and platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.) Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive revenue and conversion Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals Create visually appealing graphics and promotional content for social media, email, and website banners Monitor sales performance, website traffic, and funnel metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and customer behavior insights Conduct A/B testing for marketing assets and landing pages to optimize conversion rates Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights Manage relationships with third-party vendors, platforms, and payment providers Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Multimedia Arts, or related field At least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms and online campaigns Proven expertise in sales funnel creation and optimization Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a must Knowledge of basic SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented Working Location: Bulacan (On-site) #J-18808-Ljbffr
