Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of entries made in the ERP. Responsible for the preparation, filing, and payment of correct BIR returns and attachments/reports. Tasked to check inventory figures and values in the ERP vs. the Actual Count and report to Chief Finance Officer any discrepancy. Responsible for reporting inventory. Responsible for the preparation of the Balance Sheet ledger. See to it the balance is updated. Liaison officer to the BIR for permits (Books of Accounts and Official Receipt). Check and report issues concerning ERP software. Willing to work 48 hours per week. Must be CPA. With 8 years plus of experience.

Specific powers and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all subordinates and make sure they are doing their work properly
• Provide useful recommendations to Chief Finance Officer for improvement of the department
• Payment of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig
• Performs Cash Sales reconciliation vs. reported by the stores
• Ensures financial transactions are recorded properly
• Check accuracy of all vouchers
• Assist Finance Team/Admin Manager from time to time
