Job Description- Lead preparation for the annual budget exercise including coordination of pre-work with relevant groups and SBUs, and recommending macroeconomic assumptions
- Assist in monitoring processes leading to the submission, consolidation and presentation of consolidated budget

- Performs detailed review and challenging of inputs and assumptions used
- Ensures review comments and issues are communicated to project proponents and are resolved/addressed
- Prepares reports including recommendations on projects and initiatives that have financial impact on the Enterprise (including CAPEX/OPEX) for submission to Management

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Operations Analyst in Malvar Batangas.
The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to its assigned plant in the area of productivity improvement. He / She assists the Plant Manager in instituting a culture of continuous improvement through various interventions that will encourage the organization to seize improvement opportunities.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- Implements productivity tools and programs based on Continuous Improvement Group recommendation and tweaks as necessary based on unique set up of each plant. Implements productivity technology application frameworks or models based on Manufacturing Operation's needs.
- Analyses result and recommend action plans based on results of analysis.
- Conducts various productivity studies and applies IE tools for the Plant assigned.
- Identifies, leads and supports Continuous Improvement Projects and leads the effective application of productivity tools and techniques.
- Consolidates and analyzes plant performance based on set standards and systems. Works closely with the Plant Manager in recommending improvement initiatives based on performance results.
- Prepares plant performance presentation for the Weekly Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Performance Review.
- Provides daily and monthly plant performance report to Continuous Improvement Group for Manufacturing Director and VP for Integrated Supply Chain.
- Provides monthly reports to Plant Accounting on direct, indirect labor usage and utility expenses allocation.
- Prepares annual contractual headcount budget of the Plant aligned with the production requirements; and prepares the needed supplemental budget for contractual workers.
- Monitors manpower utilization both for regular and contractual employees in the plant assigned.
- Audits manpower utilization and man-hours used to maintain efficient production lines.
- Implements projects that improve plant performance through work method improvements and /or cost-savings concepts.
- Monitors production's compliance to standards to assist the Plant Manager in improving the plant's performance.
- Facilitates the identification of best practices in the plant and its replication in applicable areas.
- Monitors implementation of applicable best practices in the plant.
- Initiates other interventions for productivity knowledge sharing and management.
What are the Qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Preferably with experience or internship in food manufacturing or other fast-paced production environments
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to evaluate processes and recommend data-driven improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards); knowledge in Power BI and SAP is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
