Philippines - Partner Operations Manager Job Description Partner Operations Manager We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Partner Operations Manager to oversee and expand our strategic partnerships across multiple verticals, including Optometry, Veterinary, and related healthcare sectors. This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates high ownership, and can navigate complex relationships with ease Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture partnerships across multiple verticals (Optometry, Veterinary, etc.), ensuring alignment, engagement, and measurable outcomes. Serve as the main liaison between internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product) and our external partners to maximize opportunities for brand visibility, awareness campaigns, and joint initiatives. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners. Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with company goals and market expansion plans. Monitor partner performance and develop strategies for optimizing collaboration, communication, and shared success metrics. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to execute co-marketing, co-branding, and joint activation initiatives. Proactively solve problems and manage partner-related challenges with agility, professionalism, and creativity.
