Role The PH Office Manager ensures the smooth and compliant operation of Domain/CoStar Group’s Philippine office. They oversee office experience, facilities, vendor management, and compliance with local regulations and safety standards, fostering a productive, safe, and engaging workplace for employees and business operations. What You’ll Be Doing Lead office management, facilities, and vendor governance for the Philippine office. Maintain compliance with Philippine regulations (BIR, SEC, DOLE, LGU, PEZA, Fire Safety) and safety standards. Develop and implement business continuity and occupational safety programs. Serve as primary liaison between local operations and global teams, ensuring alignment with company standards. Manage vendor budgets, procurement processes, and operational oversight. Drive risk management, employee engagement, and positive workplace culture. About You 5+ years of experience in office management, facilities operations, or business administration, preferably multinational. Strong knowledge of Philippine compliance and governance (BIR, SEC, DOLE, LGU, PEZA, Fire Safety). Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and procurement processes. Experience implementing OSH and BCP programs. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related; Safety Officer certification preferred. Why Join Us?
