Mandatory Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in functional/automation testing with experience in Policy Admin platforms in Life Insurance domain / Health Insurance
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing overall testing for Policy Admin transformation/conversion projects
  • Experience in designing and driving overall validation test strategy (manual & automation covering functional and non-functional aspects) for large development projects
  • Must have worked in Indian Life Insurance industry
  • Good reporting & analytical skills
  • Fair knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle
  • Good knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Good knowledge in Quality and Testing Concepts
  • Strong logical thinking
Role & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with client to understand, analyze requirements and project scope
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Independently take responsibility for project deliverables
  • Responsible for deployment and testing of project at client environment and provide appropriate training to the client
  • Review and escalate bugs and enhancements to the development team and get fixes based on priority and severity
  • Draft System Requirement Specifications and Details System Design documents for projects
  • Generate defect reports and provide them to the Project Manager
  • Prepare test cases and system documentation module-wise
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently to complete testing before timelines with minimal supervision
