About the role As the Learning and Development Supervisor at Alberto Shoes Corporation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the company's training and development programmes. This is a crucial role that will help shape the skills and capabilities of our employees, supporting their professional growth and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This full‑time position is based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
