Learning and Development Supervisor Join us at United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI) to lead training and development initiatives in the automotive industry. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. Responsibilities Conduct annual training and development needs assessment. Develop training and development programs and objectives. Administer spending against the departmental budget. Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events. Modify programs as needed. Coordinate with the Employee Relations Assistant to support a rigorous management by objectives culture through Annual Appraisal and Training Needs and Assessment. Coordinate with the Recruitment Assistant / Officer to conduct the onboarding company orientation for newly hired employees across all business units. Perform other tasks given by Immediate Superior or HR Manager. Qualifications College graduate of a 4‑year business course, or equivalent working experience. Minimum 3 years experience in a Learning & Development industry. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated experience delivering training programs across various formats (in‑person, e‑learning, self‑paced). Excellent planning and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across functions to support training initiatives.
