La Oportunidad Como Business Development de Banco de Sangre asumirás un rol estratégico y de liderazgo, gestionando integralmente los proyectos de desarrollo de negocio de banco de sangre. Serás responsable de traducir las necesidades de los proyectos actuales y nuevos de banco de sangre en una visión clara dentro de Roche Diagnóstica México, fungiendo como un socio estratégico que aporta perspectivas comerciales para el desarrollo de propuestas de alto valor. Responsabilidades Liderar y gestionar proyectos de desarrollo de negocio en bancos de sangre, incluyendo diseño, implementación y adaptación de iniciativas de marketing y ventas, alineados con planes y presupuestos locales y regionales. Analizar el mercado para identificar oportunidades, definir elementos críticos de los proyectos y desarrollar soluciones específicas o adaptar soluciones globales/regionales para su ejecución efectiva. Establecer redes estratégicas internas y externas, actuando como conector y facilitador para alinear equipos y recursos en el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos y propuestas comerciales. Asesorar y capacitar a equipos afiliados, fomentando la transferencia de conocimientos, mejores prácticas y el uso eficaz de herramientas como el CRM para gestionar proyectos e información. Responsabilizarse de alcanzar resultados financieros, asegurar el éxito de proyectos existentes, impulsar nuevos desarrollos en bancos de sangre y maximizar la eficiencia operativa. Quién Eres Profesional en Química, Biología, o áreas relacionadas con Ciencias de la Salud. Mínimo 3 años en actividades comerciales dentro del segmento de banco de sangre. Experiencia en la comercialización de dispositivos de diagnóstico, así como en la gestión y colaboración con distribuidores. Capacidad para viajar dentro del territorio mexicano. Contar con licencia de conducir vigente. Nivel intermedio de inglés. Familiaridad y experiencia en el manejo de sistemas CRM.
