Overview

Typical Responsibilities
  • Manage various customer issues depending on account assignment, including billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support or inbound sales.
  • Prompt and accurate sales order creation (voice/electronic) in accordance with policies and system procedures to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Log, follow up, and close complaints based on defined service level agreements; coordinate with departments (Logistics, Operations, Commercial, Technical, Procurement) as needed.
  • Maintain proper customer management in line with defined call flow parameters to achieve satisfaction and positive relationships.
  • Inform and regularly update clients on company customer contact tools to facilitate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome in some postings; college undergraduates may be considered with related experience.
  • 0–5 years (or 6 months+ for certain postings) in customer service, order processing, back office, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English; good written and verbal communication skills (Filipino/English where specified).
  • Willing to work onsite in various locations (Makati, Alabang, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pasig) with shifting or full-time schedules.
  • BPO experience is an advantage in some postings.
