That’s where you come in.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and selection criteria
• Identify, search and contact candidates using various methods and platforms
• Prepare job descriptions, post job offers, and search for valuable job portals
• Conduct phone interviews to provide hiring managers with important information about the candidate
• Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates. Maintain candidate databases
• Provide the best candidate experience
• Support our team in the onboarding and offboarding processes coordination
• Build strong and positive relations with employees and management
• Help with raising our brand awareness
• Support the team with HR-related duties if needed

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the recruitment/sourcing field
• Ability to come into the Kraków office twice a week
• Very good communication and proactive approach
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish
• Knowledge of how to source the best talents effectively (using LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to craft amazing, personalized messages that get candidates interested in having a conversation with you
• Team player who can also plan and deliver independently
• Advanced knowledge of IT positions is a plus

• Competitive pay: 7000 - 8500 gross on CoE
• Possibility to earn in USD (American dollars)
