Knowledgeable in terms of Labor Laws, DOLE Compliance, and HR Arbitration functions Experience in NLRC Case negotiation and resolution is an advantage Able to prepare a systematic compensation and benefits for the entire company Strategizes employee's benefits such as HMO, Performances, Bonus, Incentives, etc. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to enhance the work environment. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Assist in managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best practices in employee relations and conflict resolution. Maintain detailed and confidential records of employee relations cases. Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Working Location 34th floor, Robinsons Summit Center.
