Position: HR Employee Relations Specialist Industry: Construction Company Location: Makati, City Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000 Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift) Work Set up: Work on site Benefits: Government mandated Benefits HMO 13th month pay Insurance Leave Credits Company Uniforms and Safety Accessories Overtime Meal Training, Seminars, and Business Travel Transport and communication services privileges Pantry Supplies Emergency Medical Supplies Company Bonuses Retirement and/or Separation benefit Company loans Annual Salary Adjustment Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations Experience working in the same industry is advantage Willing to work fully on site Amenable to work as soon as possible Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws Handling employee relations and HR duties Handling employee violations and concerns.
