Role Overview

As a Remote Recruitment Specialist, you’ll source, screen, and place candidates across various roles, while working from the comfort of your home. If you have at least 1 year of experience in sales and sourcing, and you're ready to take your recruitment career to the next level, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Actively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video
  • Manage and update job postings across multiple sites
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant records
  • Meet daily and weekly recruitment KPIs
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and candidate sourcing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and organized — able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using online recruitment tools (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Can manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, remote work environment
