As a Remote Recruiter at Remote Workmate, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, ensuring the seamless recruitment of skilled individuals for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for drafting compelling job descriptions, conducting thorough video interviews, and coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and finalize pricing details.

• Attend discovery calls with clients to understand job requirements, competencies, skills, and desired outputs.
• Craft job descriptions in collaboration with clients, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with clients to finalize per-hour pricing and billing details, aligning with client and company objectives.
• Proactively anticipate challenges in filling openings and propose innovative solutions.
• Post finalized job descriptions in Zoho and other platforms; screen CVs and endorse promising candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and adjust processes as needed.
• Conduct thorough video interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies, skills, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate candidate walkthroughs with clients to ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), primarily Zoho, to keep candidate records current.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Recruitment Specialists to post job ads on social media and relevant platforms.
• Establish clear and transparent communication channels with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Develop a strategic partnership mindset, understanding client business, industry challenges, and long-term recruitment goals.

First 2 weeks: Conduct at least 2 introductory calls and compile initial insights for 3 upcoming job descriptions; ensure accurate candidate records in Zoho; post finalized job descriptions on Zoho and other platforms.

First 30 days: Complete video interviews for all shortlisted candidates, provide timely feedback, participate in at least 90% of scheduled client discovery calls; strategically post ads on social media; conduct effective candidate walkthroughs.

3 months: Reduce time-to-post job descriptions by 20%; increase endorsement-to-hire ratio by 15%; achieve 90% candidate onboarding satisfaction; implement 3 process improvements to reduce time-to-fill; improve hire success rate through better candidate assessment.

6 months: Achieve 15% reduction in average time-to-fill; continue improving hire metrics and posting efficiency.

• Familiarity with video interviewing platforms and ATS (Zoho preferred).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global work environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and active listening.
• Strong adaptability to remote recruitment dynamics and multiple client requirements.
• Ability to adjust strategies and processes to suit diverse clients and industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond surface qualifications for long-term fit.
• Holistic approach to candidate evaluation.
