We're expanding fast, and to keep pace we're building a world-class people function. We are searching for an Executive Assistant to partner with our Head of People . This is a dual role where you'll be trusted to take on high-value projects and directly contribute to Feedwell's growth.
What You'll Do In The First YearThis isn't about checking boxes. It's about delivering outcomes.
- Take full ownership of inbox and calendar management for the Head of People, ensuring priorities are protected and distractions removed.
- Research and brief complex topics (like visa rules, compliance, or workforce systems) and consistently deliver concise, decision-ready insights that save hours of executive time.
- Manage Feedwell's professional presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, posting and responding in a voice that reflects our standards and brand.
- Learn Feedwell's recruitment system and begin screening candidates for both Australian and Philippine roles, presenting only the best 3-5 finalists to the Head of People.
- Operate as a trusted partner, anticipating issues, solving problems before they escalate, and acting as an extension of the leadership team.

Backgrounds that often translate well include Executive Assistant, Operations Associate, Junior Chief of Staff, Business Analyst, or Recruitment Coordinator - but titles don’t matter. What matters is whether you’ve delivered comparable results and are ready for more.
The Hiring Process- Step 1 - Apply: Include your CV and a short note on the most complex project you've solved and why it mattered.
- Step 2 - ATS Screener: Multiple-choice and written scenarios to show how you think and what you've achieved.
- Step 3 - Video Call (15-30 min): We'll dig into one of your most significant accomplishments.
- Step 4 - Final Interview / Trial Project: See if this is a mutual fit.
