Job Responsibilities: Check completeness of bid documents (technical and financial) needed to complete bid documents. Assess and establish bidding timelines to meet procurement schedule Perform technical due diligence in all shortlisted vendors. Conduct pre-bid meetings, and ensure issuance of Certificate of Site Inspection and secure material submittals and approvals. Evaluate bid both for technical and financial and review fairness of bid quantities. Review compliance of products and services to technical specifications and approved Terms of Reference (Scope of Works). Review and Finalize presentation materials/reports to be present to Bids and Awards Committee (BAC). Coordinate and facilitate bid review and clarificatory meetings. Ensure key stakeholders provide input and address concerns/issues Review and Check Bid Bulletins Review and Finalize Recommendation to Award (RTA). Monitor and track bid performance metrics. Analyze win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future bids. Continuously refine and improve bid processes, templates and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices in bid management. Manage Budget allocation and tracking of costs. Negotiate with Specialty Contractors/Suppliers. For on-going projects, oversee the Project Team in the bidding process and ensure deadlines are met. For new projects, brief the Project Team who will carry out the project.
