Oversee the following functions:
- Recruitment: Job Posting; facilitate examination (written and hands-on); conduct initial interview; conduct background / employment verification prior to hiring; facilitate requirements of applicants; prepare appointment/contracts.
- Orientation for newly hired employees.
- Biometric registration for newly hired employees.
- Prepare daily attendance (proficient in biometric time-keeping).
- Prepare DTR for payroll purposes via biometric.
- Coordinate with Engineering department on repair and maintenance.
- Prepare monthly reports: newly hired employees; resigned/AWOL employees; statistics of applicants; manpower.
- Prepare incident reports for plant or mall pull-out damages.
- Willing to travel to branches.

- Attend to employee inquiries; act as intermediary/coordinator.

Job Description
Overview
- Operational Functions: Oversees fulfillment of operational and advertising requirements (upload and documentation); manages site partner and internal uploads (ads, map updates, tags); coordinate with other teams and external parties; prepare playlist report; balance exposure of Clients vs Mall/Internals in playlist; prepare advisories and memos to site partners; prepare weekly updates and monthly reports; perform other duties as required.
- Marketing: Manage branding of the company and products; conduct market research and competitive analysis; assess project feasibility; field visits for research; lead onsite and online marketing activities; align with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams; develop campaigns; generate leads; oversee content updates for online channels; manage website updates; coordinate with Product Development/Technical teams for content; manage marketing budget; SEO/SEM analytics; copywriting; B2B marketing; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; basic Photoshop or related skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of Marketing or related course
- At least 3 years’ experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, feasibility, and pricing strategy
- Experience with advertising platforms and interactive kiosks is a plus
- Specialization/Technical Skills: data analysis, campaign creation, content generation, social media, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics; strong presentation/reporting skills; knowledge of online marketing and B2B
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools
