Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Encode newly reserved accounts in PMS
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and official sales
  • Monitor and update reports of all received sales
  • Review forwarded accounts and check buyer eligibility
  • Monitor accounts under conditional sales
  • Prepare NTA forms and ensure accuracy; route to concerned departments
  • Update construction status in masterlist and prepare holding forms
  • Prepare ledger for OS accounts and provide copies upon request
  • Prepare sales amendments for specified cases
  • Check documents from buyers
  • Attend Open House activities to assist Sales Department

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year related course
  • At least 1 year experience as Administrative Assistant/Office staff
  • Good working attitude, team player, quick learner
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Pro-active and results-driven
  • Willing to work overtime and under pressure
  • Real estate experience is an advantage

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php 16,000.00 - Php 18,000.00 per month
