Responsibilities Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers. Achieve sales, volume, and profit targets for assigned accounts. Manage promotions, pricing, assortment, and trade investments. Lead negotiations for trading terms and customer programs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key buyers. Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and demand planning teams. Ensure execution of trade programs and merchandising standards in stores. Monitor competitive activities and provide market insights. Manage account budgets and ensure proper documentation and compliance. Qualifications Strategic account planning and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) Strong negotiation and trade terms management Customer relationship building and stakeholder management Business acumen and understanding of P&L, pricing, and margins Analytical skills in sales data, forecasting, and promo evaluation Channel and shopper insight understanding (especially modern trade) Collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) Effective communication and presentation skills Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced FMCG environment System proficiency (SAP, Power BI, Nielsen, etc.) Willing to work onsite in Bicol .
