Job Description

Area Coverage: Quezon, Bicol, South Luzon

Job Level: Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Business, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or any related course
  • With at least 1 year HORECA or institutional accounts selling experience for food category
  • At least 1 year distributor management experience REQUIRED, food category
  • Resides in and with familiarity of Quezon and Bicol region
  • With valid driver's license (4-wheeled vehicle)

Job Description:

  • To grow the Food Service Business through account development and management, expansion and development of existing and future businesses, and relationship building and accounts receivable management
  • To lead distributor management and sales through account development, sales negotiation, sales planning, sales forecasting, customer relations, business market development, and accounts receivable management
  • To develop food service accounts in major trade channels such as: Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Pizza, Chains, Bakeshops, Hotels/Full-Service Restaurants and Caterers (HORECA)
  • Ensures that all company sales plans and programs are implemented, and policies are strictly followed by food service distributors
