The HR Operations Manager develops and implements new or changed HR policies and maintains companys HR systems. The ultimate goal is ensuring the Companys HR front-end and back-end operations run smoothly, deliver excellent results and remain cost-effective. Manage the operations scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providersEnsure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and businessLeads the Human Development practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing developmentSupports the HR Payroll and Hire to Retire teams which are responsible for providing frontend HR services to business operationsInvolved in helping business functions needs in areas such as recruiting, training, onboarding, employee data management, compensationSetting of objectives, goals, and metrics and KPIs for monitoring effective performance and process deliveryOverall in charge of HR Service delivery for client, provide end-to-end HR outsource support for the following offerings: Resourcing, Payroll, HR Contact Centre, Global Mobility, HR Services, HRIS and Learning & Development and Design and DevelopmentLeads and implements process improvement initiatives and transition/migration projects MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience across multiple facets, with at least 5 years in shared services operationsImplemented program that scale across OpCos and geographiesImplemented HR transition and/or transformation initiatives with extensive project management experienceExtensive stakeholder management experienceDevelop initiatives aligned with business goals and budgetIdentify operation issues, recommends and implements strategies to resolve problemsConvey strategic vision in a way that energizes other team members and partnersIn-depth knowledge of HR Technologies, including but not limited to HR Information Systems, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning Management System, etc. Knowledgeable in SAP SuccessFactors preferredExperienced in leading initiatives company-wide or across business units (i.e. HR Policies, HR Portal, and process and data migration, etc.)Develop initiatives aligned with business goals and budgetIdentify operation issues, recommends and implements strategies to resolve problemsConvey strategic vision in a way that energizes other team members and partnersIn-depth knowledge of HR Technologies, including but not limited to HR Information Systems, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning Management System, etc. Knowledgeable in SAP SuccessFactors preferredExperienced in leading initiatives company-wide or across business units (i.e. HR Policies, HR Portal, and process and data migration, etc.)
