Job Title: HR Operations Analyst Department: Human ResourcesReports To: HR Operations Manager / HR DirectorLocation: HybridJob Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Analyst to support and optimize our HR systems, processes, and data management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency within the HR function by analyzing data, improving HR processes, and ensuring data accuracy across HR platforms. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity across all HR systems. Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, recruitment, diversity, etc.). Develop dashboards and reports to support HR leadership in strategic decision‑making. Support HR compliance by preparing documentation and ensuring HR policies meet legal and regulatory standards. Assist in streamlining HR processes and identifying opportunities for automation or system improvements. Coordinate with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and other HR teams to ensure smooth HR operations. Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee life‑cycle documentation. Support internal audits and data reporting requests as needed. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee data. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, etc.). Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with process improvement or HR project management. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
